FEDRELhas well equipped surface treatment and painting facility in place to cater to varied requirements of a wide spectrum of applications.

Grit Blasting / Pickling / Phosphating procedures are used for surface preparation prior to painting / coating. A team of skilled painters have experience to handle customer specifications ranging from single coat systems to typically complex and critical multi coat Epoxy / Poly Urethane systems for more severe services. FEDRELalso has in house facility to powder coat products with Epoxy / Nylon coatings for corrosive environments.

Qualified Supervisors practice well documented Quality Procedures, Process Parameters and Work Instructions to ensure that the Paint / Finish on every FEDRELproduct meet the required standard or customer requirements, if required.
